If you live overseas you now have two payment options. (1) You may now pay by credit card with Google Checkout. This option will be available when you after you have added items to your shopping cart and are ready to checkout. (2) If you have a PayPal account and you live outside the United States and wish to purchase an item from this store, you will need to contact me directly so that I can send you a PayPal invoice, as this store is unable to process Paypal transactions outside the United States. If you live in the United States and have a Paypal account, you may place your order and make payment automatically via this website. At checkout, you will be redirected to the Paypal website, where your actual transaction will take place in encrypted format. You can also pay by credit card at the PayPal site, even if you are not a member of Paypal.. If you want me to send you a Paypal invoice, or if you have any special shipping preferences, please contact me. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can set one up at the time of payment. You can also send me a check or money order if you prefer. To discuss these or other payment arrangements, or if you have any questions, please contact me.

Shipping: I use the US Postal Service for most shipping. Within the USA, I can ship LPs express (overnight), regular priority mail, flat rate priority mail, or the less expensive media mail (you will be asked to select one of these options at checkout). Until further notice, shipping is free within the continental USA on all orders totaling $30 and up.

For overseas shipping, the options are regular first class, priority mail and express mail (there is no media mail option). Note: Please read this page for more important information about international shipping options.

Generally speaking, within the USA priority mail is the safest and most reliable method for moving record albums; media mail is less expensive but considerably slower. If you'd like for me to try to arrange another shipping method (faster, less expensive, etc.), please contact me before you purchase. I will be glad to try to accommodate your request.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason whatsoever with your purchase, I will give you a complete refund. If the LP performs in a completely unsatisfactory manner and in the highly unlikely event that you decide that its condition does not remotely match what I had advertised, you need not return the LP to me in order to obtain a refund. Otherwise, you may return the LP(s) to me within three business days of receipt; the discs must be returned to me in the same condition they were when I sent them and you received them. If you have paid via Paypal, you will receive a full and complete refund, including your shipping fees. You are responsible for return shipping, but your expenses to send the LP back to me will be a credit that you can use for another purchase at this store, but only if the LPs that are returned are in the identical condition they were when you received them. In those cases where a return may not be practicable (for example, if you live overseas and do not wish to pay for return shipping) I am glad to make other arrangements for compensation.

Privacy: All communications and transactions with customers are private; no correspondence or information of any kind is shared by me with anyone else under any circumstances. I do not keep credit card or bank account information on my servers; all transactions done electronically are managed through Paypal in encrypted format. The only records I keep on my server are names and addresses of those who purchase LPs here, and that information is stored in encrypted format and is not available to anyone but me.

I live my life in accordance with the golden rule. That is, I treat others the way I myself would wish to be treated. Its a simple yet very powerful philosophy and one that guides the most successful small businesses.
